Guilds are labor pools that organize specialist skillsets into a single location. Creating a Guild gives DAO members to group together and offers the community direct access to a source of skilled labor. Examples include the Writer's Guild, Translator's Guild, Developer's Guild, etc. Guilds are open to whoever reacts to the Guild in #start-here

Joining a guild is simple. Navigate to the #start-here Discord channel and react to the embedded message from the PubDAO Squire Bot. You can react to the PubDAO Squires message and assign yourself to a Guild. From there, whenever the relevant @Guild tag is used, you will receive a notification.
